Rick Dastin
Rick Dastin is president of the Xerox Enterprise Business Group. He was named to this position in January 2010. Dastin is also a vice president of the corporation, appointed in October 2008.
 
Dastin is responsible for the strategy, business of products and solutions that meet the needs of Enterprise customers.  The products and solutions include the Office WorkCentre line, ColorQube, Entry Production Multifunction, FreeFlow and Extensible Interface Platform (EIP) based solutions.
 
Previously president of Xerox Office and Global Product Delivery Groups, Dastin has extensive experience in product development and delivery. He joined the company in 1981 and has held a variety of positions in advanced engineering, product development, marketing and customer support. His responsibilities have included technical program manager for Xerox's first office color digital copier, general manager for desktop printers, and chief engineer for segment six monochrome multifunction products. From 2005 through 2008, Dastin led several business teams including the Office Color and Monochrome MFP business and software /controller development.
 
Dastin holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is the holder of 22 patents, has received two Xerox President’s Awards and serves on the boards of the United Way of Rochester and the National Academy Foundation of Rochester.
