Global Imaging Systems Acquires Virginia-based Miller Technology Solutions
TAMPA, Fla. –
Global Imaging Systems, A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX), has acquired Miller Technology Solutions, Inc., a Virginia-based managed services company specializing in financial IT services.
Established in 2002, by Eric Miller,
Miller Technology Solutions, Inc.,located in Chesapeake, Va., offers expertise in financial IT services including project management consulting, systems integrity evaluations and network management.
Miller will remain with the company as director of managed services. Miller Technology Solutions will become part of Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI), a Global Imaging Systems company headquartered in Virginia Beach.
“Miller Technology Solutions has extensive experience in the community bank market as well as highly skilled IT people who will strengthen the services Electronic Systems delivers to small and mid-size businesses in Virginia,” said Dan Cooper, executive vice president of field operations for Global Imaging Systems and former president of ESI.
